The Instructional Technology Group (ITG) provides immediate and personal support for faculty who offer online Webcourses@UCF. Supporting a wide range of online faculty needs, the ITG offers phone, e-mail, and scheduled face-to-face support sessions, as well as group workshops available throughout the academic year.

Webcourses@UCF training is now availble in either live workshops at the Orlando campus or paricipate in the same training online from your home or office computer. Visit http://teach.ucf.edu/webctupgrade/training/ for more ifnormation and schedule.

To submit a support request online, use our Faculty Support Request Form. This form ensures that we receive all the information we need to troubleshoot the issue and contact you for resolution.

Evening and Weekend Support

In addition to regular weekly support, the ITG provides evening and weekend support. Faculty and staff may contact the ITG at (407) 823-0407 or itg@mail.ucf.edu and receive e-mail response during these hours for the summer 2008 semester:

Monday 8:30 pm – 11:30 pm
Tuesday 7 pm – 10 pm
Wednesday 8:30 pm – 11:30 pm
Thursday 7 pm – 10 pm
Friday 7 pm – 10 pm
Saturday 10 am – 11 am, 6 pm – 8 pm
Sunday 9 am –11 am

ITG support is not available on days that the University is officially closed.
